Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business objectives and IT requirements.
- Present and demonstrate IT products, services, and solutions to clients effectively.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions and resolve client issues.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).
